This routine has impressive chair tricks and is alllll about the latin flavour with hip swings and bachata steps. PLUS you can wear your heels!
Think latin lover, salsa vibes. I like to wear all red for this will frills and a short skirt to accentuate the footwork. I also have red ballroom heels which makes the slut drops easier. Fancy dress is totally optional.
None needed but you can wear heels if you wish. Just make sure they are securely strapped to your foot, no slip-ons please.
Bring a bottle of water and warm layers like a long cardigan or a cosy tracksuit for the cool down.
