COURSE DATES
The benefits of the course is that you can attend ANY 4 dance classes across ANY area as long as they are used within the 4 weeks. So if you are unwell or on holiday one week, come twice another week. You don’t have to miss out!

WHAT TO WEAR
Stretchy comfortable clothes like leggings and a tight fitting top
A warm layer for the cool down
You may wish to wear yoga socks, ballet shoes or be barefoot
WHAT TO BRING
Bottle of water
PROPS
None needed but you may wish to wear knee pads for the floor work
