After a short consultation, relax on a massage table with your upper body undressed under a towel, snuggled under a blanket, with essential oils scenting the air and relaxing music. Enjoy a cleanse, face mask, another cleanse, tone, moisturise and SPF application with a soothing neck, scalp and face massage. The beauty products are Tropic Skincare, a natural and ethical brand with glowing results. If you wish, you can have a short dose of Reiki light sent via the hands hovering over your body while your face mask is on. At the end of the treatment there is time to discuss your experience with the practitioner.
Your skin will be glowing and deeply cleansed. Your body will deeply relaxed and your mind will switch off. You are likely to feel relaxed and sleepy at the end.
