Come and join us for a deeply relaxing stretch class. Great for your mental and emotional well-being while increasing flexibility and mobility in your body.
COURSE DATES
The benefits of the course is that you can attend ANY 4 stretch classes across ANY area as long as they are used within the 4 weeks. So if you are unwell or on holiday one week, come twice another week. You don’t have to miss out!
WEEK ONE - Tuesday 03 February 1.30pm - 2.30pm
WEEK TWO - Tuesday 10 February 1.30pm - 2.30pm
NO CLASS - Tuesday 17 February - Half Term Break
NO CLASS - Tuesday 24 February - Coco Away
WEEK FOUR - Tuesday 03 March 1.30pm - 2.30pm

Suitable for all fitness levels with alternative moves provided
WHAT TO WEAR
Stretchy comfortable clothes like leggings and a tight fitting top
Warm layers for the meditation
You may wish to wear yoga socks or be barefoot
WHAT TO BRING
Bottle of water
Yoga mat, blocks and a band if you need them (blocks and mats are also provided)
