After a short consultation, you lie down and relax on a massage table fully clothed. The treatment takes place in a tranquil room scented with essential oils, listening to meditation music. Reiki light is sent via the hands hovering over your body. At the end of the treatment there is time to discuss your experience with the practitioner.
Your body will deeply relax and your mind will switch off. Your energy will be balanced via the chakras, clearing blockages and allowing your body to heal. The treatment is not painful and can be used in conjunction with traditional medicine. You are likely to feel relaxed and sleepy at the end.

Treatments are for 60 Minutes, but please allow an extra 30 minutes for a short consultation before, and time to discuss your experience afterwards.
