This option is ideal for those who wish to stay in their own environment, lying down in a comfortable peaceful place where there are no distractions. It is recommended to play meditation music and to burn a candle or your favourite essential oil during the session.
A telephone consultation will take place at the beginning of the treatment explaining the process and ensuring the client is comfortable. After the phone conversation the Reiki healing will commence, being sent remotely with the assistance of crystals.
After the session a debrief via the telephone will take place, discussing anything that came up during the session.
