Tough Lover - Christina Aguillera
WHAT TO WEAR
The routine is jazzy, soulful and sassy all at the same time. This song is from the film Burlesque and Christina Aguilera wears a black pvc outfit but I invite you to make your own interpretation for this theme! Or just wear comfortable stretchy clothes like leggings and a vest. It is up to you! You can wear ballroom heels, ballet shoes or yoga socks but long socks may also be advisable. Fancy dress is totally optional.
PROPS
None required but if you wear heels they need to be ballroom heels with a secure ankle strapped in to you feel stable.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bottle of water and warm layers like a long cardigan or a cosy tracksuit for the cool down.
