Entry level. All abilities. Ages 17 to 70 and beyond.
Heels Optional
If you want to strutt in heels, you can! If not, simply wear ballet shoes, yoga socks, or go barefoot.
Be Comfortable
Wear what makes you feel good; whether that is a leotard or an oversized tshirt. It is up to you, there is no dress code.
A Supportive Space
Dance with likeminded women, sharing in the joy of dance and uplifting each other in a safe environment.
Photos, Videos And Shows
If you are camera shy there is no obligation to have your photograph or video taken. At the same time, if you are keen to perform in the showcases, you will be welcome to.

Choreography that is slower, considered, and captivating. No prior experience is needed and each move is broken down.
