Join me every Tuesday at 1.30pm at Ryde Chiropractic Centre and Thursday at 11.15am in Ventnor Botanical Gardens for a class that’s all about having fun, feeling great, and loving the skin you’re in!
This isn’t your average stretch class – we hold poses a little longer, using your own body weight as resistance. That means you’re not just stretching, you’re strengthening, improving flexibility, circulation and posture — all while banishing stress and stiffness.
The best bit? We wrap up with a 10-minute guided meditation, letting you calm your mind, reconnect with yourself, and carry peace, happiness, and a lovely glow into your day (and for days afterwards)!
