WHAT TO WEAR
Think latin lover, salsa vibes. I like to wear all red for this will frills and a short skirt to accentuate the footwork. I also have red ballroom heels which makes the slut drops easier. Fancy dress is totally optional.
PROPS
None needed but you can wear heels if you wish. Just make sure they are securely strapped to your foot, no slip-ons please.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bottle of water and warm layers like a long cardigan or a cosy tracksuit for the cool down.
