I’m In Love with a Monster by Fifth Harmony - this routine is fun and playful! Full of claw hands, sexy flicks and rolls, high energy, but a steady pace, nothing too fast. I can’t wait to teach it to you!
The theme is Transylvania or anything Halloween related. Or just wear comfortable stretchy clothes like leggings and a vest. It is up to you! You can wear ballet shoes or yoga socks but long socks may also be advisable. You can also wear ballroom heels for this one! Fancy dress is totally optional.
None needed but please note you can wear ballroom heels if you wish and we don’t advise dancing barefoot to this one, you will need socks or ballet shoes.
Bring a bottle of water and warm layers like a long cardigan or a cosy tracksuit for the cool down.
